COLTON EDWARDS President

Owner of Natural State Landscaping & Design and lifelong resident of Pine Bluff. A fifth-generation small business owner, he started his business before graduating Watson Chapel High School with honors.  

BILL BRUMETT Vice President

Owner and President of Brumett Agency, Inc.since 1979, specializing in life, disability, auto, homeowners and rental insurance, tax-deferred annuities, plus income tax preparation and filing.

LISA FITTS JOYNER Secretary

Owner of Leon’s Catfish and Steak House, a dining institution in Pine Bluff for generations, serving catfish, shrimp, steak and all the trimmings in a casual, friendly atmosphere.

TOMMY PALMER Treasurer

Owner, Stereo Junction, the largest electronics store for home, auto and business in Southeast Arkansas since 1979. Multiple award- winner, including 2018 Best of the Best by Pine Bluff Commercial readers.

CARLEY CHEATWOOD Marketing Chair

A member of staff at A Team Temporary Staffing, an agency that has served Pine Bluff’s employment needs since 1987. She is a 2025 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas.

TREY WYATT Communications Chair

Owner of Wyco Games and creator of Fossil Find, a dominoes-based board game.

TREY ASHCRAFT Legislative Chair

Operations manager at Design One, specializing in landscaping and home decor, plus excavation, erosion control, irrigation, drainage systems, dirt and topsoil hauling to or from your site.

Owner, Deja Vu Upscale Consignment, opened October 2, 2012, offering "like new"  women's apparel and accessories, plus new "boutique quality" jewelry & clothing. Great service and honesty are her specialties.
